Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that make it possible to analyse how the website is used – for example which pages are visited and whether the telephone number, e-mail address or the online appointment booking are clicked.
Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP address and truncates it before processing. The information collected is generally transferred to Google servers; this may also involve a transfer to the USA (basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We retain the analytics data for 14 months.
You can prevent collection by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics or by blocking cookies in your browser. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
Fonts and embedded content
Fonts and all design resources of this website are loaded directly from our own server. Apart from Google Analytics as described above, no third-party content is embedded.
Server log files
When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and referrer URL. These data are required for the secure operation of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after 14 days at the latest. They are not merged with other data.
Contacting us by telephone or e-mail
If you call us or send us an e-mail, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request, in particular to arrange an appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Please note: do not send us sensitive health data by unencrypted e-mail. It is best to bring results along to your appointment – or discuss them with us by telephone.
The processing of patient data in the course of treatment is subject to the statutory documentation obligations of a licensed healthcare facility (Krankenanstalt). We inform you about this separately at the practice.

Links to external websites (such as Google Maps for directions or the Rechtsinformationssystem des Bundes, the Austrian federal legal information system) are mere references. Only once you follow such a link do the privacy provisions of the respective provider apply.
